Boston Terrier — Coat
Which of the following best describes the Boston Terrier's coat according to the AKC standard?
The coat is short, smooth, bright and fine in texture.
Short and fine on head and forelegs. On all other parts of moderate length and flat.
Dense hair, rough, harsh, and about 1 inch in length on the shoulders and body. May be shorter on the rear and tail.
The coat is a double coat. The natural untrimmed coat length varies from 1½ to 6 inches.
