Cane Corso — Coat
Which of the following best describes the Cane Corso's coat according to the AKC standard?
The coat is short, stiff, shiny, adherent and dense with a light undercoat that becomes thicker in cold weather.
Long, fine but slight texture. Furnishings slightly wavy with a silky gloss.
Hair - Of medium length, close lying. May be slightly wavy or straight, but never curly or open.
Short, smooth, dense and close-lying, without woolly undercoat. A distinctly long coat is a disqualification.
