Chinook — Coat
Which of the following best describes the Chinook's coat according to the AKC standard?
The Chinook has a thick double coat lying close to the body. The outer coat is straight, strong, and coarse.
Short, smooth and firm in texture.
Coat is of moderate length density and fullness, with a high lustre. The ideal coat is straight and flat lying.
Harsh and crisp to the touch, neither flat nor curly, often with a slight wave. Undercoat is soft, short, and dense.
