What does the AKC standard say about the Plott Hound's color?
Orange and white or liver and white in either clear or roan patterns
Any shade of brindle (a streaked or striped pattern of dark hair imposed on a lighter background) is preferred
The Border Collie appears in all colors or combination of colors and/or markings
Light wheaten to red wheaten
