Black, blue merle, and sable (ranging from golden through mahogany); marked with varying amounts of white and/or tan
All shades of red, wheaten, black and tan or grizzle
Gray, medium preferred, variations in shade determined by the length of black tips and quantity of guard hairs
Rich liver to dark liver with a purplish tinge, sometimes called puce liver
