When both WD and WB earn 0 points, there's a special AKC rule: the combined count of dogs and bitches is checked against the BOW winner's sex schedule. Combined count is 2 (1 dog + 1 bitch). Golden Retriever dogs in Division 9 need 2 for 1 point. Since 2 >= 2, BOW earns 1 point!
